Joe is the CEO of Red Leviathan, a veteran-owned shared-services and operating platform designed to scale disciplined, high-performing businesses. Red Leviathan exists to redefine what “veteran-owned” means in practice, not branding, but execution, accountability, and results.

He also serves as Executive Chairman of Greencastle Associates Consulting, where he previously served as CEO and led the firm’s transformation into a premier strategy execution consultancy. Greencastle partners with organizations facing complex, high-stakes challenges where expectations must be met and outcomes matter.

His professional foundation was forged as a Navy SEAL, where discipline, trust, and execution under pressure are not concepts, they are survival skills. He carried those lessons into the private sector through leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies and ultimately into entrepreneurship, board leadership, and advisory work.

Through Red Leviathan, he oversees a growing portfolio of veteran-owned organizations, including Cavalry Talent Partners, Cape Horn Tequila and Stronghold Leadership. Each company operates independently, but all are aligned around the same principles: clarity of mission, operational discipline, and teams that perform in ambiguity.

Beyond business, he remains deeply committed to veteran service. He serves on the boards of The Patriot Fund, Project Refit, Skeleton Crew Adventures, and Stronghold Leadership, and advise Team Foster.

Eric’s focus is on client delivery and customer satisfaction, ensuring solutions the Greencastle team develops mesh with an organization’s culture, people, processes, technology, and goals.

Eric co-founded and managed a solar design and installation company after graduating Bucknell University in 2009 with a BS in Business Administration, while simultaneously commissioning as an officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

After growing the solar company to the third largest in the state by installation size in less than three years, he left to attend flight school. There he became licensed as a FAA commercial helicopter pilot, operating CH-47 Chinook helicopters for the Army. After completing follow-on active duty assignments, Eric re-entered the civilian workforce and joined Greencastle in 2015, while furthering his education in project management at Syracuse University in 2016.

Adam began his career at Greencastle in 2015 as an Associate and rose through each leadership level by directly consulting on and leading hundreds of projects for Greencastle and its key clients. He later served as Vice President of Client Engagement Services, where he led account management for the firm’s largest client, and as Vice President of Talent Management, where he oversaw the firm’s strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining top consulting talent.

Adam now serves as President and Integrator of Greencastle Associates Consulting. In this role, he is responsible for translating the company’s vision into coordinated execution across the organization. He aligns Greencastle’s people, processes, priorities, and business functions, oversees day-to-day operations, promotes accountability, and works with the leadership team to remove obstacles and ensure strategic initiatives achieve measurable results.

Before joining Greencastle, Adam served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Space Operations Officer at Cape Cod Air Force Station. He continued his military service in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, rising to the rank of Major with the 193rd Combat Operations Squadron before separating in January 2025.

Adam holds a Master’s in Public Policy from New England College and a Bachelor’s in History Education from the University of Delaware. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jeremy holds the pivotal role of Vice President of Client Engagement Services. In this capacity, he is responsible for steering the service delivery across a diverse array of clients and initiatives. His leadership approach is deeply rooted in the principles of servant leadership, a philosophy that empowers our consultants to consistently deliver services of the highest quality to our valued clients.

Jeremy brings to Greencastle a rich tapestry of experience from his previous career in law enforcement. He served with distinction as a police officer in York and Lancaster Counties for over 18 years. During his tenure, he undertook various roles including patrol officer, SWAT team member, and patrol sergeant. His service was marked by an unwavering commitment to community safety and welfare, underpinned by his adeptness in critical thinking and complex decision-making.

Parallel to his law enforcement career, Jeremy has a distinguished military background. He dedicated over 28 years to the United States Army, culminating in his retirement as a Command Sergeant Major in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, 28th Infantry Division. His military journey includes three combat deployments to the Middle East, with his final deployment as a Command Sergeant Major in the Headquarters element of Operation Spartan Shield. Jeremy’s military career is decorated with numerous accolades, including four Meritorious Service Medals and the esteemed Bronze Star.

In terms of academic and professional qualifications, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University. He further enhances his skillset with several certifications, including Scrum Master, Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Jeremy’s diverse experience, combined with his leadership skills and commitment to excellence, make him an invaluable asset to our team at Greencastle Consulting.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Daniel served six years in an operations support role in the Air Force overseeing mission planning, execution and reporting, as well as aircrew training programs. Daniel carries a BS in Finance, MBA from Rutgers University, years of development experience and is steps away from an additional computer science degree. Additionally, Daniel is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Professional Scrum Master, and Microsoft Certified Data Analyst.

As an experienced entrepreneur, successfully scaling a manufacturing and eCommerce business, Daniel understands what it takes to optimize processes, foster team buy-in and execute on set goals. His background carries with it diverse experience to include project management, budget oversight, product development, and leadership.

As a Director, Ryan Murray improves processes, manages complex projects, and successfully guides our clients through change implementation. Prior to Greencastle Consulting, Ryan served as an Infantry and Information Operations Officer in the United States Marine Corps. As a certified Foreign Military Advisor, he provided instruction and direction to militaries throughout Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East earning the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement and Commendation Medals. He was awarded his Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication in May 2010 from College of Charleston.

As a seasoned professional, Pat currently holds the position of Director at Greencastle, where he leads multiple teams overseeing crucial functions such as portfolio management office operations, project management, change management, and budget controls. His educational foundation includes an MBA earned from Penn State University in 2017, following an undergraduate degree obtained at Hofstra University in 2007. Immediately after graduating from Hofstra, Pat embarked on a dynamic career as an active-duty Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, serving in various leadership and operational capacities over a six-year period, including two combat tours to Afghanistan. Transitioning from the military to Corporate America, Pat has amassed seven years of experience in infrastructure and facilities management, catering to the unique needs of retail and pharmaceutical clients. Further contributing to his diverse skill set, he has dedicated over four years as a consultant and project manager at Greencastle. Pat’s professional trajectory reflects a commitment to leadership, strategic thinking, and successful project execution.

Josh is an experienced consultant and teammate, with a strong focus on client delivery and leading through ambiguity to achieve desired outcomes. His background spans from implementing automation solutions for a global leader in the retail industry to managing all go-to-market activities for a new business segment at an early-stage software company.

A West Point graduate and former Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, Josh led diverse teams in both combat and peacetime operations around the world. He earned numerous awards and certifications – his proudest being Ranger, Jumpmaster, and Military Freefall qualifications.

Outside of Greencastle, Josh is a fitness enthusiast, real estate investor, and student. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Villanova University and remains committed to continuous growth – both professionally and personally.

Jim has over a decade of experience in implementation, project management and PMO leadership. He specializes in planning and controlling large projects & programs for Fortune 500 clients in utility, telecom and retail sectors. Jim was commissioned as a Naval Officer through Navy ROTC at Tulane University in 2008, and he is a decorated veteran of two deployments to the Arabian Gulf. Jim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).  

As a Senior Principal, Kevin is responsible for creating and implementing the service engagement product/deliverable QA/QC program, governing the internal project/initiative ingestion and implementation processes to include deliverable quality, conducting the monthly Director’s Day training program, re-design and build of the Knowledge Management System (KMS), and for the Exelon oneMDS Program PMO engagement. He is the lead for Integration, Schedule Management, and Scope Management. Kevin earned a bachelor’s in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and started his career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance officer and then as a Satellite Systems Engineer.  After separating from the Air Force as a Captain, he obtained project implementation experience in corporate intranet and internet, Web Store delivery, hospital IT systems and program delivery, field dispatch system development and implementation, as well as large scale customer program equipment and systems implementations.  Kevin has experience in the Telecommunications (Cable, Phone, Mobile), Power Utility, eCommerce, Medical IT Technology, Aerospace, and Retail industries.

Tom Morgan is a Senior Director who has led project management and business process improvement initiatives for several energy utilities. He is a certified PMP and Professional Scrum Master. Prior to joining Greencastle, Tom served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a graduate of the Engineer Captains Career Course, Ranger, Airborne, and Air Assault Schools. Tom has a bachelor’s degree from Temple University.

Nathan joined the company with 10 years of leadership and problem-solving experience. As a Senior Director, he focuses on making processes more efficient with attention to organizational design to create a better employee experience. Prior to joining Greencastle, Nathan served in the United States Air Force where his work focused on analytics and process improvement. He holds a bachelors and a minor in leadership studies from Virginia Tech.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Anthony Burke has four years of experience in managing IT projects at a natural gas utility company and 6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and leading operations teams. As a Senior Consultant, Anthony provides project management guidance and budget oversight for Greencastle clients.  Anthony currently serves in the Army Reserve as an Intelligence Officer. He holds several professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and Scrum Master. He was awarded his Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2010 and completed the MBA program at West Texas A&M University in 2019.

As a Director, Kate assists in large projects and specializes in project management and change management. Prior to that she has five years of experience in finance operations. She applied problem solving and critical thinking skills to facilitate front office operations. Kate commissioned through Penn State University ROTC while receiving her undergraduate degree in Biological Engineering in 2012. She has served as an officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for ten years. Kate deployed to the Middle East in support of Operations Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve. Kate earned her MBA in Project Management from DeSales University in 2016.

Ben Egner is a Director and a seasoned implementation consultant. He has certifications in project management, change management, and process improvement. His experience across several client engagements, in addition to his formal education, allows him to lead teams that drive change and turn executive client visions into reality. Prior to working at Greencastle, Ben served 5 years as an Air Support Control Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps; spending most of his career training foreign national militaries overseas. He was awarded his Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2012.

Brad Kenny joined the company as an Associate Business Intelligence Consultant working to bring the story of clients’ data to life. Prior to Greencastle, Brad has worked in the BI and data management space for over 8 years for Fortune 50 tech and Higher Education organizations. Brad served in the Army National Guard as a combat medic for 7 years, providing healthcare to soldiers at home and abroad.  Brad holds a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Villanova University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Cabrini University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Tyler Reiser has six-years of experience consulting military, government, and businesses on financial planning, process improvement, and counter-terrorism. Tyler was an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force he served in the Iraq and Afghan wars, and received recognition from, then Director of the FBI Robert Mueller, for his contributions combating international terrorism. Tyler has a bachelor’s degree in business, a certificate in financial planning and an associate’s degree in the applied science of explosive ordnance disposal. He also holds a MSPS in Data Analytics.

Patrick Bragan joined the company as an Associate Consultant. Prior to that he has 13 years of experience in program and project management where he has honed his excellent problem solving skills. Pat was an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps for 7 years and participated in two combat deployments to Afghanistan as a platoon commander and executive officer. Pat was also an instructor/evaluator at the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School. He was awarded his bachelor’s in criminal justice in May of 2007 from Sacred Heart University.

Jonathan Fietkau currently works as a Senior Consultant. His prior experience includes 5 years in pharmaceutical operations, facilities, and project management, as well as security within government agencies. As a Senior Consultant, he applies unique problem-solving skills and client team leadership to ensure efficient execution of portfolio deliverables that meet and exceed customer requirements. Jonathan Fietkau was a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army for 10 years, with 6 years conventional experience, and 4 years operating as a Special Operations Joint Terminal Attack Controller with deployments to Iraq and the Arabian Peninsula. He has received numerous awards during his military service to include the Bronze Star Medal and Army Commendation Medal for Valor. He was awarded a B.A. in Sociology in May of 2006 from Hofstra University and maintains various project management certifications.

John joined Greencastle in 2022 shortly after returning from his second Middle East Deployment with the PA Army National Guard as an Intelligence Officer. Prior to joining GAC, he has extensive experience in the public sector, working as a criminal intelligence analyst for multiple police departments, as well as a stint with the Pennsylvania Counter Drug Taskforce.  In all of these prior roles, both in and out of the military, as well as his current role at Greencastle, John has taken great pride in finding solutions to complex problems, advising stakeholders in critical situations, and establishing order from chaos.

John has a degree in International Relations from Lehigh University and is currently pursuing his MBA. Additionally, John has achieved his PMP, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst.

As a Consultant, Amanda assists in large projects and specializes in process improvement. She has over five years of experience as a project officer in the functional areas of operations, training, and logistics. Amanda is a Logistics Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. She deployed to the Middle East in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve, where she received a Meritorious Service Medal. She is currently serving as a Company Commander. Amanda earned her bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management with a focus in Logistics in July of 2015 from Shippensburg University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Gregory had worked in Human Resources and Operations management for 10 years, specializing in Human Resources Strategy and Organizational Development. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting, he works with clients to help better their business. Gregory is currently severing in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard as a DAGRE team NCO, providing expert Force Protection to the Air Force Special Operations Command. He was awarded his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from West Chester University in 2013 and is currently pursing his Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership and Saint Joseph’s University.

Amy Sanchez joined Greencastle via Stronghold Leadership, a DoD SkillBridge Program, as an intern transitioning from the military after 8 years of Active Duty service. Amy joined Greencastle full-time as a Consultant with a passion for Change Management. After leading the Change Management program, Amy has transitioned into a role focusing on Strategic Relationships.

Before working at Greencastle, Amy served as a Military Police Company Commander in the United States Army. Her military career consisted of various positions in the Military Police Corps after commissioning from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2014 where she was awarded her Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Politics. Her certifications include: PMP, Prosci’s CCP, PSM, ACMP’s CCMP, and her LSSBB from Villanova University. Amy was awarded her Master’s in Public Administration from Penn State in 2018.

As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting, Samuel assists on projects to ensure efficient provision of deliverables that meet and exceed customer expectations. Sam was a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army for 5 years, with a deployment to Iraq and Kuwait from 2017 to 2018 in support of Operation Spartan Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his performance while conducting joint and coalition operations. He was awarded his B.A. in Political Science in May of 2015 from Shippensburg University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Andrew Dacey had 8 years of experience in management consulting with a specialization in process improvement and project management. Andrew has extensive experience in PMO, change management, and transformation initiatives with Fortune 500 utilities, commercial airlines, and telecommunications industries. As a Senior Consultant with Greencastle, he is working on an initiative to build out a change management plan for implementation at a utility company in order to streamline Electrical Distribution Operations processes and optimize business efficiency with an advanced technology software platform to be implemented by a technology partner. Andrew has 15 years of military service and is currently a Detachment Commander in the U.S. Army Reserve with a 2017 deployment to the Republic of Niger. Andrew was also an Infantry Platoon Leader in the United States Army and deployed to Baghdad in 2008-2009 in support of Operation: Iraqi Freedom. Andrew possesses the PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. He received his master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Business & Engineering from Drexel University.

Scott Hopp joined the company through Greencastle’s SkillBridge Program and was then hired on as a full-time Associate Consultant. Prior to working at Greencastle, Scott served 4 years as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological & Nuclear Defense Specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps. Scott spent most of his career as the Analytical Services Section Leader at an incident response force for the National Capital Region where he led a team supporting several presidential events. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Lewis-Clark State College in 2016 and was awarded a Master of Business Administration from American Military University in 2021.

Patrick joined the company as an Associate Consultant. He currently conducts budget control duties for a major utility company and advises project managers on financial decisions. Before joining the Greencastle Consulting team, he was an Airfield Operations officer in the United States Air Force responsible for directing Air Traffic Control and Airfield Management. After leaving Active Duty he joined the Pennsylvania Air National Guard as a Combat Airspace Officer. He Graduated in 2010 from Daniel Webster College with a bachelor’s degree in Air Traffic Management.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Scott spent over 6 years at an investment and financial company gaining financial experience across a variety of disciplines including but not limited to reporting, derivative netting, and invoice contract allocation, validation, and execution. As a Consultant, he plays the role of Financial Analyst, Trusted Advisor, Deputy Portfolio Manager, and lead go-to person for Ad-Hoc requests on the Exelon BPP portfolio. Scott was Aircrew and an Airframe and Hydraulic Mechanic for the United States Marine Corps on the CH-53E helicopter platform for 2 combat tours and 1 humanitarian tour. He was awarded his Bachelor’s in Finance in December 2012 from the University of Delaware.

Eric Clever joined Greencastle as an Associate Management Consultant to assist in the leading complex projects and streamline processes. Eric served 16 years in the PA Army National Guard, both in full-time and part-time capacities. During his time there, he had roles commanding a 165-person company of combat engineers, developing multi-year training plans, and advising international military units on engineering best practices. From 2012 to 2013, he acted as a logistics officer in Kuwait supporting the closure of a military camp for which he received an Army Commendation Medal. Most recently, Eric worked as the operations chief for the PA National Guard’s COVID-19 response team for the northeastern region, establishing medical teams to set up testing and vaccination sites as well as assisting long-term care facilities with medical staffing augmentation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University and is currently in an MBA program with Penn State University with a concentration in Data Analytics.

Martin Densham is a Senior Consultant at Greencastle. He applies a thorough and highly dedicated approach to problem-solving and team management, to ensure the highest standards of project, program and portfolio execution. He specializes in financial consulting and has a wide range of financial and project management certifications.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Martin was the Director of a non-profit providing financial assistance and advice to active-duty personnel and their families in Japan and S Korea. He retired from the British Royal Navy as a Warfare Officer in 2013, during which time he deployed on operations worldwide, and attended the US Naval Postgraduate School to study for his masters. He also has a master’s in business management, a range of financial qualifications, and continues to broaden his knowledge of process improvement and change management methodologies.

Brian Carpenter joined the company as an Associate Business Intelligence consultant, using data analysis to shape business strategy for clients. Prior to Greencastle he served 20 years Active Duty in the US Air Force, primarily in the expeditionary C2 and Joint Special Operations communities. He has commanded two squadrons and spent more than nine years overseas and deployed. He has a Bachelor of Science from the USAF Academy, an MBA from American Military University, and is a Google Certified Data Analyst.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Anthony was a Logistics Officer in the Army for four years and participated in deployments to the Republic of Korea and Germany. He has experience in supply chain management and personnel management. As a DoD SkillBridge Fellow at Greencastle Consulting, Anthony is working to achieve his PMP, CCP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications while honing project and change management skills.  He was awarded his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in May of 2018 from Temple University.

Andrew joined Greencastle as a DoD SkillBridge Fellow in 2022. He employs a punctilious work ethic in his role as a consultant, adept at implementing analytical solutions to complex challenges in customer-facing digital products and platforms. Previously, Andrew served as a submarine propulsion plant supervisor in the Navy and worked on Ohio-, Los Angeles-, Virginia-, and Columbia-class submarines and projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Jacob has 10 years of experience in operations management, risk analysis, asset protection, and physical security planning within the United States Air Force Special Operations Command. This has led to a development in strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. As an Associate Consultant, he works directly with clients providing creative problem solving, process improvement solutions, specialized training, while communicating engagement progress to client management. Jacob currently serves as a Special Operations Deployed Aircraft Ground Response Element team leader in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. He was awarded his bachelor’s in Sports Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing his PMP certification.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Mike has over 25 years of experience in project management, recruiting, and multiple facets of training management. As a DoD Skillbridge Fellow he is transitioning out of the military into the civilian sector learning and pursuing multiple credentials and certifications. Mike served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for over 25 years participating in peace keeping operations, domestic operations, and combat operations. He was awarded his bachelor’s in business management from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing his PMP certification.

Arthur Swartwout joined the company as an Associate Consultant doing project finance control for IT projects at a Fortune 100 utilities company. Prior to Greencastle, Arthur spent 10 years on active duty in the United States Army with deployments to Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In Iraq in 2004, Arthur led a tank platoon with 2-63 Armor and saw action in and around the city of Baquba. In Afghanistan in 2011, he led a 110-person logistics company supporting 1-32 Infantry in the Horn of Panjwai near the city of Kandahar. In addition to his individual awards, the units he was part of were awarded the Meritorious Unit Commendation and the Valorous Unit Award. Arthur holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. A native of Baltimore, he spends much of his free time building a nonprofit called the Baltimore Stakeholders, which aims to bring together Baltimore children from different socioeconomic backgrounds for community service and team-building activities.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Charlie spent 25 years in the financial services industry. He held field leadership roles in the New York City, Chicago and Philadelphia markets. He developed both project and change management skills through numerous corporate mergers and market cycles. As an officer in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division Charlie led tank, scout and support platoons as well as served as a company executive officer. He received three Army Commendation Medals and two Army Achievement Medals and earned the Ranger tab and Senior Parachutist wings. He received his bachelor’s degree in history from Ripon College in Wisconsin.

Prior to rejoining Greencastle, Tabitha has years of dedicated experience in organizational change management, with a focus on strategy execution and human capital transformation. As Senior Managing Consultant, specializing in Organizational Change Management, she supports large-scale program implementations, including a SMART QC program for a top advanced cell therapy company and a supply system overhaul for a major utilities provider. Tabitha has also worked at a Big Four consulting firm, where she led change management efforts for a large ERP implementation across 27 fragmented operations. Earlier in her career, she ran a consulting business focused on operational improvements and served as a clinical respiratory therapist and combat medic in the U.S. Army for eight years. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology and various certifications, including PMP, CMP, PROSCI, LSSGB, and PSM.

With 20 years in consulting, project management, and leading teams, Michael excels at finding simple and smart solutions to tackle big problems. Prior to Greencastle, Michael spent 5 years at Accenture working with clients on initiatives from strategy to operations. Whether developing strategic initiatives, designing and implementing SaaS solutions, or automating outdated and manual processes, Michael’s goal is to ensure fewer mistakes, get quicker results, and realize cost savings for your business.

Michael can lead teams of any size, and developing both the team and the individual is something that he is passionate about, whether that’s a small team of transformation consultants or a 30-agent strong service team delivering 1,500 customer interactions per day.

As a Communications and IT Officer in the United States Navy, Michael learned how to manage teams in high-pressure environments and deliver exceptional customer service, and the experience was instrumental in developing his ability to lead with influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Systems, specializing in Healthcare Service Entrepreneurship, and he has completed executive education certificate programs in Analytics & AI-Driven Consulting at Northwestern and Financial Management at Cornell.

Aaron Schwartz joined Greencastle initially in February 2022 as an Associate Management Consultant. Prior to coming on board, he had 4 years of experience in Operations Management working in warehousing and fulfillment operations. Aaron served 15 years Active Duty with over 13 years spent with the US Army Special Forces as a Medical Sergeant. He received a BS in Business Administration from Devry University and his MBA from Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Prior to joining Greencastle as an Associate Consultant, Mike spent 6 years in operations, program/project management, and business development in the private sector. He has led diverse teams both in a startup and large firm leading operations in support of multimillion dollar commercial and government contracts. As a Director at a last-mile technology startup, he led 30 front-line managers and 170 analysts executives over 40,000 daily deliveries generating $175M in annual revenue. Mike also successfully led the acquisition and delivery of $10 million of capital equipment enabling a growing government services firm to far exceed the government’s delivery expectations on day one of a multiyear refueling services contract. He retired from the United States Air Force in 2016 after 22 years of service as a Special Operations Navigator and served in both USAF Special Operations and Joint Special Operations organizations. Mike holds an MBA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing his PMP certification.

Andrew Dailey joined the company as an Associate Consultant providing problem solving, leadership, technical support, and financial accounting expertise. Prior to joining the team Andrew was the Chief Financial Officer for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned HVAC/R construction company in New York City. Andrew has 16 years of service in the US Army and is currently a lead planner for the US Army Reserve’s Combat Support Training Program. Significant awards from his military service include the Combat Infantry Badge, the Meritorious Service Medal, five Army Commendation Medals, and five Army Achievement Medals. Andrew acquired his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Computer Information Systems from Manhattan College in May 2017.

Prior to joining Greencastle as an Associate Consultant, Rick has over two decades of experience in project management, sales and operations management within the technology, financial and healthcare industries. He served for two years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves as a motor transport operator and then six years in the Delaware Air National Guard as a C-130 loadmaster where he received an Air Medal while deployed in the Middle East.  Rick earned his MBA from West Chester University in 2020.

Aaron joined the company as a DoD SkillBridge Fellow at Greencastle Consulting, Aaron is working to complete PMP, CCP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt while refining his project and change management skills. Aaron was an Infantry non-commissioned officer for 22+ years, completing his service to our country as a brigade-level operations Sergeant Major. He has combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, and participated in multi-national training events in Lithuania, Latvia, Kosovo, and the Republic of North Macedonia. Aaron has received many military awards, most notably the Combat Infantryman Badge and Purple Heart. He was awarded his bachelor’s in science in May of 2016 from the American Military University.

Seth Steinmetz joined Greencastle as a Fellow in the Stronghold Leadership Internship program. He brings with him extensive experience in both project and operational management, and a solid understanding of business solutions.  Seth continues to serve in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and has so for over 10 years. He has held many positions while serving in the military such as Operations Supervisor, Logistical Coordinator, Instructor, Telecommunications supervisor, and Security Manager. He was officially recognized throughout his career for both leadership and critical performance initiatives.  Seth received his Bachelors in Political Science from Liberty University.

Prior to joining the company, David gained 6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry serving in different positions to include Production Supervisor, Business Development Manager and Project Manager supporting development of new product lines and lean manufacturing processes. As a consultant, he applies unique problem-solving skills, client team leadership, and technical support to ensure efficient execution of deliverables that meet and exceed customer requirements. David Plunkett was a US Army Armor and Intel Officer for 10 years stationed in US, Germany, South Korea and Iraq supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. He has received numerous awards during his military service to include the Meritorious Service Medal. David was awarded a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel in 2004. He additionally holds professional certifications including Project Management Professional, Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master, Prosci Certified Change Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Prior to joining the team, Calvin has 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operations manager, and account manager. He will begin his work with Greencastle as an Associate Consultant. Calvin was an Army logistics officer on Active Duty for 4 years, and in the Reserves for 3 years, serving in a variety of leadership roles. He has earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Chandler Brenneman joined Greencastle as an Associate Consultant. Chandler brings 10 years of experience in leadership, operations management, and creative problem-solving in both the private sector and the U.S. Navy. After serving as a Surface Warfare Officer for 6 years, he earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2015. Since then, he has honed his analytical and project management skills in the electric utility as well as the water and wastewater utility industry and led a team of project managers within the pharmaceutical industry. In addition to his Virginia Cavaliers, Chandler is a proud Nittany Lion, having earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Economics from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business in 2007.

Prior to joining the company, Haydn has 3 years of experience owning a small business. As a small business owner, he was responsible for daily operations, hiring and managing employees, customer service relations, generating new ideas for growth, and running payroll and bookkeeping. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, he provides solutions to problems, client team leadership and technical support. Haydn is an All-Source Intelligence Officer in the US Army Reserves and has served since 2011. He has been awarded 3 Army Reserve Component Achievement medals and 1 Armed Forces Reserve Medal with Bronze Hourglass device. He graduated from DeSales University in 2018 with a bachelor’s in Political Science and Criminal Justice.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Jim spent 20 years on active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps serving as an infantry officer, civil affairs officer, and communications officer. As a consultant, he has experience controlling the budget for large IT projects at two different utilities and is currently a project manager for an electric grid modernization project. Jim has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Norwich University and a master’s degree from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies.

Gabrielle Morain joined the company as an Associate Consultant. Prior to that she has 14 years of experience in logistics, transportation and operations management. She has an extensive track record of delivering key leadership to achieve operational excellence as both a military leader and for private sector companies. Gabrielle was a Transportation Management Coordinator in the United States Army Reserves for more than 10 years and served in OEF/OIF as an Instructor, System Administrator and Battle Staff Non-Commissioned Officer. She was awarded her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration in October of 2013 and her Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management in September of 2017. Gabrielle currently continues her education by pursuing her PhD in Organizational Leadership.

Bryan McCallion has unique experience in leadership, change management, and project management. As a Consultant at Greencastle, he developed and created the Greencastle Enterprise Lessons Learned Library, a digital repository that is enabled with data & trend analysis through Power BI. Bryan was an enlisted Combat Engineer & Airborne Paratrooper in the U.S. Army for over 8 years. As a Noncommissioned Officer, he deployed to Afghanistan in 2017 to conduct Counter-IED and Route Clearance Operations with the 25th Infantry Division out of Alaska. Bryan ended his military career as a Staff Sergeant in the role of a Project Manager with Army Special Operations, earning numerous accolades to include 4 Army Commendation Medals, 3 Army Achievement Medals, an Afghanistan Campaign Star, and a Combat Action Badge. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in International Business in 2011 from St. Joseph’s University and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and Change Practitioner (CCP).

Prior to Greencastle, Del served twenty years in the Intelligence Community, and concurrently, twenty-three years in the Army and Army Reserve as a commissioned and non-commissioned officer, retiring at the rank of Major.  In his prior careers, Del was recognized for consistently achieving high-impact results against strategic objectives in challenging conditions and dynamic environments.  He has extensive experience managing complex multi-organizational programs with global reach and building collaborative partnerships.  His military occupational specialties included Infantry, Signal Corps, and Military Intelligence, with command assignments in conventional and special operations forces.  His awards include the Bronze Star, two Meritorious Service Medals, and the Career Intelligence Medal.  He is a 1990 graduate of Bloomsburg University.

Alexander’s prior experience includes six years in law enforcement and two years with an audit, tax & advisory firm. As a consultant, he applies problem-solving and leadership skills combined with technical support to ensure efficient execution of customer requirements. Alexander was commissioned through the Shippensburg University Army ROTC program in 2012 as a Military Police Officer. John Auer joined the company as a Junior Associate Management Consultant he works closely with client’s to achieve their ideal version of success. Before this, he organized logistics in the modular space industry and as a paralegal processing veteran benefit claims with local veteran service organizations. In the Air Force, he was assigned to the U.S. Strategic Command within maintenance, logistics, and instructor teams and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. For his response to the 2011 Souris River flood, he received the Humanitarian Service Medal. In addition, he was awarded the Missile Badge decoration and three AF Outstanding Unit Awards, once with valor. He is a proud 2019 graduate of West Chester University.

Presently serving as an Associate Consultant, Jacob brings with him over a decade of experience in leadership, decisive communication, and project management. He has made significant strides in his professional journey, transitioning from a DoD SkillBridge Fellow to his current role, achieving several noteworthy certifications along the way. As an Associate Consultant he provides problem solving, client team leadership and technical support.  PJ has served for 20 years as an Army Engineer Officer; both on Active Duty as a platoon leader in South Korea & Hawaii and as a company commander in Germany. He is currently serving in the Reserve as the commander for an Engineer Battalion in central Pennsylvania.  PJ has received the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Iraq & Afghanistan Campaign Medals, Korean Defense Service Medal,  Combat Action Badge and is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College. Justin joined Greencastle as an Associate Consultant. Justin has spent 8 years in management roles facilitating operations of businesses with over 50 million dollars in annual revenue.  His responsibilities included profit and loss accountability, revenue growth strategies, and strict adherence to budget constraints.  Justin has served 7 years in the US Navy as a Master at Arms.  He served in roles as a military policeman, field training officer, and in anti-terrorism roles. Eric Gardner joined the company as an Associate Consultant.  Prior to Greencastle, Eric worked for 14 years in the Mutual Fund Industry and then 8 years in Construction Management where he honed his skills in Project Management.  Eric is currently serving in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard where he began his career as a Forward Observer before commissioning as a Field Artillery Officer currently as the S3 Operations Officer.  Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Drexel University.

Prior to joining Greencastle Sean had three years of civilian sector experience specializing in leadership, logistics, and project management. As an Associate Consultant, Sean works with the team to provide our clients the best in consulting across a variety of fields. Sean was an Army Officer serving both as an Armor Officer and Intelligence Officer. During his service, Sean deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan collaborating with a multitude of agencies during both. He was awarded his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a triple minor for Intelligence Analysis, Leadership Development, and Foreign Language in 2011 from Neumann University.

Prior to joining Greencastle Daniel has over 4 years of experience in business development and over 7 years of experience as a financial analyst. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting, he maintains project financial tracking and analysis to ensure accurate project accountability. Daniel was a Supply and Logistics Manager in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years and was deployed on combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Daniel Beckers has been serving in the Army National Guard for over 20 years and joined Greencastle through the Stronghold Leadership DoD Skill Bridge program. He has experience as an infantryman and as a logistics officer, with highlights including two company commands, three years as an Army ROTC instructor, and over 15 years in operations. He holds several military skills including rappel master, pathfinder, instructor, and air assault. Chris is an Associate Consultant at Greencastle helping clients solve some of their biggest problems. Chris brings over a decade of leadership and programmatic experience from the defense industry, having managed large and small teams and budgets over $10 million.  Most recently, he bridged government and private industry to negotiate strategic, regional industry partnerships to establish manufacturing talent pipelines for Pennsylvanians.  Chris served as a submarine officer in the United States Navy for 11 years, including two deployments to the Northern Atlantic and one to Bahrain having received multiple Navy Achievement and Commendation Medals.  Chris holds degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering.

Bryce is an Associate Consultant at Greencastle helping clients with data management and data visualization. Bryce served 4 years on Active Duty in the Army as an Intelligence Analyst and deployed to Afghanistan/Qatar where he conducted analytical assessments spanning the entire country. Adam joined the company as an Associate Consultant in August 2024. Prior to that, Adam worked for two years in nonprofit veteran services focused on education and professional training. Adam brings with him experience working in cross-organizational and cross-cultural settings, managing projects, and working in team environments. Adam has a combined service time of eight years in the US Navy and continues to serve as a reservist. He was awarded an MBA and Graduate Certificate in Technology Management from the University of Maryland in 2024. 

Prior to joining Greencastle, Tanya spent over a decade in various roles in consulting (both internal and external), project management, and banking. For the last 15 years, she has served in the Army (in both the National Guard and Reserve Components). From 2014-2015, she deployed to Kuwait as a finance officer in support of Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Inherent Resolve. She holds a BS in Economics and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

With over a decade of experience in project management, Brad joins Greencastle with a distinguished record of achievement. His military career as an Army officer saw him excel as a Battalion Operations Officer, overseeing training activities and ensuring operational readiness. As a Company Commander, he honed his skills in conflict resolution and team building, while also serving as an intelligence advisor on senior-level staffs, notably in Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Brad’s contributions earned him the Meritorious Service Medal and multiple Army Commendation Medals. Complementing his practical experience, Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Rhetorical Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University, coupled with a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin–Lacrosse. With his blend of hands-on expertise and academic acumen, Brad is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of any project.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Jacob has served over 21 years in the U.S. Army. He has a diverse military background with deep experience in project and program management across multiple government organizations. He has served as a linguist, operations manager, instructor, and program manager; in tactical units, special operations, and as a military diplomat in U.S. Embassies. Jacob’s military awards include the Bronze Star, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and two Meritorious Service Medals. He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting, Jacob utilizes project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies to deliver results for our clients.  

Before joining the team at Greencastle, Joe served in the Army for over 10 years on active duty. During that time, he built experience in organizational leadership, process improvement and problem-solving in a variety of environments. As a SkillBridge Fellow, he will gain valuable insights and training to become a consultant. Joe commissioned through Shippensburg University ROTC in May 2013 as an Engineer Officer, and served in both traditional leadership positions and multiple instructor roles. Joe deployed to Iraq in 2015 and led training for the Iraqi Army’s only bridging unit. Prior to joining Greencastle, Albert has spent the last 5 years working various DoD programs as a Project Engineer and developing programs while using agile framework. Most recently as a Product Owner and Cost Account Manager he led a team of engineers ensuring cost and schedule milestones were met while delivering specialized products to the customer. Furthermore, he worked closely with contracts and the customer ensuring follow on contracts were right sized and awarded on time. Albert was a Security Forces member on active duty Air Force for nine years where he spent 7 of those as a Raven flying on Air Force Two and then Air Force One. Albert transitioned to the Pennsylvania Air National Guard in 2019 and is currently a First Sergeant for the 193rd Special Operations Wing. He was awarded his bachelor’s in 2024 from California University of Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in his MBA for Spring of 2025 at Pennsylvania Western University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Joel has 20 years of experience in operations management, risk analysis, compliance, and project management. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, he is focused on bringing that experience to help clients realize their project management goals.  Joel was a Counterintelligence Agent and Infantry Officer with the US Army, has been awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Bronze Star, and commanded a rifle company of the 101st Airborne Division. He is currently a Logistician in the Army Reserve, and recently commanded his battalion through a rotation at the National Training Center. Since leaving active duty, Joel has six years of experience in the private sector in operations management, project management, and compliance. Joe is a Management Consultant specializing in M&A integrations and separations, with a particular focus on IT integrations and streamlining post-acquisition processes across various industries. Joe has also been recognized as the National Veteran Partnerships Lead helping lead veteran outreach initiatives. As a former Aircraft Loadmaster in the U.S. Air Force, he supported over 68 missions and collaborated with international teams on critical transport operations. He holds an Accounting degree from Pace University and studied Aeronautical Engineering at the Community College of the Air Force.

Patrick is a strategic program management executive with over two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, defense, and enterprise technology. His leadership roles at Comcast Business, Accenture, and CTDI have equipped him with deep expertise in managing complex programs and driving measurable outcomes. Patrick served 21 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and as an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, he leverages his military discipline and corporate acumen to help clients navigate transformation and achieve strategic goals.

Patrick holds degrees from Colorado Technical University and Lafayette College. He is passionate about empowering teams, fostering innovation, and delivering results that reflect purpose and precision. He also serves as President of Floki’s Foundation, a nonprofit focused on making an impact by investing in local charities, reflecting his commitment to service beyond the workplace.

During his 7 years as a U.S. Air Force Officer, he had a knack for finding people-oriented solutions to complex, high-stress problems. Ryan served as a Tactical Air Control Party Officer (TACP-O) and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), leading and training airmen in coordinating and executing air strikes for the Army. His military career is distinguished by many accolades, including the Meritorious Service medal. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications with a minor in political science from Washington State University. 

Prior to joining Greencastle, Ian has 5 years of experience with project management. He has worked as an Operations Manager, Project Manager and Scrum Master. lan has driven the successful execution of key projects, utilizing Agile methodologies and leadership skills to meet organizational goals. He has over 8 years of military experience, including leadership roles in intelligence collection and analysis, and currently serves as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army Reserve, where he leads intelligence operations and manages cross-functional teams. He is a certified lean, sigma six yellow belt and holds a private pilot license and a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University.

Prior to working at Greencastle, Wes built a solid foundation in engineering and leadership, combining the discipline of military training with a sharp understanding of business strategy. He brings diverse experience in project management, product development, data analytics, and customer support. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, Wes helps clients solve complex problems through project management, change management, process improvement, and business intelligence. Wes received his Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is currently pursuing an MBA from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business with a focus in Finance and Business Analytics.

Before joining Greencastle, Jon served 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, specializing in Communications and Inspector General roles. His service included eight years overseas and two deployments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Trident University International and maintains both the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.

Derrick Jones joined Greencastle as an Associate Consultant and brings over 10 years of civilian experience obtained in the corporate and government contracting sectors where he honed his skills in analytics, project management, and change management.  Derrick currently serves in the Kentucky Army National Guard with a service record that includes leading Soldiers in a large variety of environments around the world. Derrick is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business from American Military University and his PMP certification.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Wes served in the Air Force for 14 years, as a CV-22 Osprey pilot with Air Force Special Operations Command. He spent the last seven years stationed in Japan, where he held multiple Wing Staff Officer roles within the Operations Directorate. Additionally, Wes served as the Director of Operations for the 43rd Intelligence Squadron Detachment One, leading a team of over 40 intelligence professionals in support of operations and large-scale multinational exercises across the Pacific. His academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in international relations. Currently, Wes is advancing his professional development by pursuing project management certifications through Stronghold Leadership.

Prior to joining Greencastle as an associate consultant, Andrew served in the Air Force for over eight years on active duty status and now additionally serves part-time with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Andrew commissioned through ROTC in 2016 from St. Joseph’s University and served as a special operations navigator, combat systems officer, and electronic warfare officer on C-130 aircraft while fulfilling additional roles as an executive officer, flight commander, and officer in charge of current operations. During this time, Andrew deployed on two combat flying deployments, participated in numerous large-force joint exercises, and acted as an instructor and mentor to junior special operations aviators. His awards and decorations include two combat air medals, the Inherent Resolve Campaign medal, two Air Force commendation medals, and two meritorious unit awards. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from St. Joseph’s University and is currently pursuing MBA opportunities in the Philadelphia area.

Ryan will retire from the United States Air Force with 20 years of law enforcement and security management experience.  As the NCOIC of Operations assigned to Malmstrom AFB, MT he actioned security strategies for 250 Airman in support our countries national defense strategy.  At Joint Base Andrews, MD he managed Physical Security programs for Air Force One, where he coordinated defense requirements with federal, state, and local authorities to safely transport the President of the United States.  Ryan has been awarded 2 Meritorious Service Medals, 9 Air Force Commendation Medals, and an Air and Space Achievement Medal. His education portfolio includes an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, and a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Project Management.

Shane joined Greencastle as an Associate Consultant in 2024. Prior to joining Greencastle, Shane served 4 years Active Duty in the US Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst. During his time in the Air Force, he received the Joint Service Achievement Medal as well as the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award for his contributions to several DoD intelligence missions. More recently, he worked for a non-profit gas utility as a Project Management Intern. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Temple University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Alisha maintained the US product offering for a financial custodian for 2 years.  Prior to that, she worked in their operations department for 5 years processing documents and creating bulk processes to ease the burdens on the processing and operations teams.  There she gained experience with process improvement, change management and multi-level communication.

As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, she will complete initial training and then join real work projects already in flight.

Alisha studied Human Science and Athletic Medicine at Iowa State, then joined the Army as a Combat Medic graduating with Honors, the Army Physical Fitness Badge, and Expert Marksman.  She primarily served cross-component teams through mass vaccinations, pre-deployment trainings, pre-deployment physicals, medical support for field training exercises, and one-on-one patient care for her unit.

She also serves as Board President for a non-profit helping diverse communities create safer codes of conduct and response plans for large gatherings, as well as educating community leaders on how to recognize and effectively respond to incidents within their communities.

Eric joined the company as an Associate Consultant in November 2024. Prior to that, Eric worked for five years in the fintech sector where he excelled as an Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, and Technology Program Manager. He has led many successful implementations of various Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, across various large-scale software development projects.

As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, Eric served as a Senior Supply Specialist and Operations Manager, where he honed his skills in resource allocation, process improvement, project management, and team leadership.

Eric’s commitment to continuous learning is evident in his numerous professional Agile certifications, including SAFe DevOps Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional, Advanced Scrum Master, Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

With his strong background in Agile project management, Eric brings a unique perspective to driving efficiency, fostering innovation, and leading high-performing teams in complex organizational environments. Eric holds an MBA from Texas A&M University, with a focus on Global Management and a graduate certificate in Management Information Systems from Park University.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Tom worked in the financial services sector spanning Corporate Finance as well as Institutional and Private Wealth Management.  During this time, he was able to lead elements of bank integration efforts after the onset of the financial crisis.  Following the onset of the pandemic, Tom worked with Ginkgo Bioworks, The University of Wisconsin and the Centers for Disease Control to develop and deploy biosecurity solutions both here in the U.S and abroad.  Prior to his civilian career, Tom served as a Surface Warfare Officer / Communications Officer deploying on the USS Monterey (CG-61) to the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and overseeing aspects of one of the Navy’s first Smart Ship conversions.  Today, Tom resides in Berwyn, PA with wife and three sons.  

Before joining Greencastle, Michael spent 24 years at a major defense contractor, steadily advancing in roles of increasing responsibility, beginning as a Senior Systems Engineer and advancing to Head of Research and Development Investments. Now serving as an associate consultant at Greencastle, he is focused on contributing to the organization’s success while securing professional growth and personal fulfillment.

Michael is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served for nine years in command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations across assignments in Florida, Iceland, Colorado, and South Korea. His leadership at his previous company were repeatedly recognized as he led his team to earn the corporation’s highest award for team excellence four times. During his military service, he was awarded a Joint Service Commendation Medal, four Air Force Commendation Medals, and an Air Force Achievement Medal.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology.

Prior to Joining Greencastle, Michael had 7 years of Human Resource Management in the Air Force.  As a Human Resource Manager for the Air Force, he maintained office functions, including administration, onboarding/offboarding/ career transitioning, unit funds as well as assets. Several awards he earned were Human Resource Manager of the Quarter in 2022 and Human Resource Manager of the Year for 2023. While serving in the United States Air Force, Michael received a Bachelor’s Degree through Trident University International in Leadership and started an M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources.

Alper Ozturk is an Associate Consultant with a background in health and life sciences consulting and with an expertise in data analytics. Prior to his consulting career, he served for nine years in the United States Army as an Aviation Operations Sergeant and Platoon Sergeant, with assignments in Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and across the United States. Alper holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University, where he graduated cum laude.

Prior to joining Greencastle Consulting Jon worked for nearly a decade as a leader in federal government communications, with an emphasis on internal communications and supporting large-scale change efforts. He also spent time as a senior manager in the linen services industry, overseeing service, production, and engineering teams at a large scale industrial operation. Jon served for more than 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a communications technician, civil affairs specialist, and strategic communications specialist. His service included time supporting Marine Forces Europe and Africa in Germany and theater security cooperation missions in Burundi, Africa.

Prior to joining Greencastle Matthew was a dedicated and accomplished former United States Marine Corps Sergeant (5711) with 8 years of service specializing in Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Operations focusing on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations. A proven leader and subject matter expert in CBRN, with extensive experience in crisis management, advanced training, foreign partner information exchange and collaboration with civilian and government inter agency partners. Possesses a broad range of certification, including hazardous materials expertise and Secret security clearance. Committed to excellence, adaptability, and maintaining the highest standards of performance.

Adam Stiles is an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting, where he leverages his background in management consulting and military leadership to deliver data-driven solutions that drive organizational transformation. Prior to joining Greencastle, Adam gained extensive experience leading strategy, analytics, and change management projects across the pharmaceutical, technology, and defense sectors. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer, he served in multiple operational and strategic planning roles. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Russian Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Ries has over a decade of experience synthesizing complex data sets, aligning various stakeholder groups, and guiding organizations through large-scale transformations. After receiving his BA in English from DePauw University and his MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University, Ries worked as a Lead User Experience Researcher in a variety of settings, from Fortune 100 “big iron” enterprises, to nationally-funded academic research efforts, and industry-leading CRM UX teams. Ries served as a Signals Analyst in the United States Marine Corps for over four years, and is currently pursuing his PMP, LSSGB, CM and SAFe Scrum certifications.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Alex spent 8 years honing his craft in project management, customer success, operations, and logistics.  His diverse background centers around solving complex problems by providing a world-class client experience at the point of friction.  Alex is currently serving as an Infantry Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard where he commissioned in 2017.  Alex graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Economics.

Steve joined Greencastle as an Associate Consultant specializing in Data & Analytics.  Before joining the firm, he served as a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer, where he discovered his passion for leveraging data to drive sound decision making.  Steve served as an enlisted Soldier for about three years before attending the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he majored in Geospatial Informational Science.  He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Notre Dame.  A former Army Powerlifting Team captain and All-American athlete, Steve brings the same discipline and analytical mindset to his client work.  He lives in the Greater Philadelphia area and enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, reading, and traveling with his wife.  

Prior to joining Greencastle Consulting, Nancy brings over 20 years of experience in operations and project management, administrative support, task tracking, and innovative problem-solving. Throughout her career, she has consistently achieved mission success across diverse operational environments. She is adept at streamlining processes to promote efficient and seamless operations.

Nancy is a results-oriented professional with 24 years of dedicated service in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Her extensive military career included multiple key leadership roles, culminating in a three-year assignment with the Inspector General’s office, where she specialized in complaint resolution.

A graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Human Resources Management, Nancy offers a unique combination of leadership, operational expertise, and administrative proficiency. She is eager to leverage her skills and experience to contribute to the success of Greencastle Consulting.

Bryan’s career spans both technical and leadership roles, evolving from GIS and data analysis into advanced modeling and decision support for electric utility operations and reporting.  He brings a disciplined, mission-oriented mindset to his work.  His prior Navy military service strengthened his problem solving, communication, and leadership skills, ultimately aiding organizations to unlock value by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Before joining Greencastle, Mitch was an active-duty US Army officer for 14 years where he gained valuable organizational leadership experience and change management in high-stakes environments. He commissioned from Penn State University in 2011 and then deployed to Afghanistan as a Troop Fire Support Officer in 2012 with the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne).  He commanded a basic training company at Fort Jackson in 2016 then deployed to Afghanistan again in 2020 with 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as Joint Terminal Attack Controller. He attained a master’s degree in Operational Studies from the Command and General Staff College in 2023 and he finished his military career as Leadership Instructor at Drexel University Army ROTC in Philadelphia, PA. 

Before joining Greencastle, Dave spent over 25 years serving in the U.S. Army.  Over the course of his military career he has served at all levels of the organization at various locations around the globe as both an Infantry and Special Forces Officer.  His assignments range from the Special Operations Community to Congressional Affairs to Higher Education. 

Before joining Greencastle, Josh had 10 years of US Naval service as a Naval Aviator and Professional Human Resource Officer. As a Naval Aviator flying the P-8A Poseidon, he executed deployments to the 6th and 4th Fleets with a strong focus on anti-submarine warfare, counter-drug operations, strike group coordinated operations, and high-altitude reconnaissance. As the Enlisted Program Officer at Navy Talent Acquisition Group Philadelphia, he led 170 military and civilian personnel across six divisions and 30 Navy Recruiting Stations throughout PA, NJ, MD, DE, and WV in the mentorship, recruitment, and processing of men and women for enlistment in the Navy and Navy Reserve. While in service, he achieved a MS in Aviation Safety at ERAU, a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification, a Commercial Multiengine Instrument Pilot certification, and a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.

Before joining Greencastle, Lux brings 15 years of experience as both an internal and external consultant to Fortune 10 companies. Most recently, he served as a digital transformation expert at a Fortune 5 company, where he co-founded a Digital Acceleration Hub based on a Center of Excellence model. This initiative delivered $100 million in cost savings.

Lux is a disabled U.S. Army veteran, having completed two combat tours during his five years of service to the country.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Jonathan brings over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in data analytics and project management. In his role as Associate Consultant at Greencastle, he leverages his expertise in data analysis and visualization to help clients maximize the value of their data and make informed business decisions. Jonathan served for eight years as a Radio Operator/Maintainer in the Alabama Army National Guard, completing combat deployments to Africa and Iraq. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.

Joe Pellegrini is a Product Owner & Senior Business Analyst who’s spent his career helping financial services companies build better products and make smarter use of their data. He’s worked across consulting, investment management, retirement services, and middle office operations, picking up deep experience in everything from Agile delivery and stakeholder management to SQL, BI tools, and AI workflows along the way. Joe has a knack for translating complicated technical problems into solutions that actually make sense for the business, and has spent years doing just that across a variety of fast-moving environments.

Before transitioning into tech, he served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for nearly eight years as a Small Arms & Artillery Repair Specialist, earning the Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. He holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from West Chester University, an Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute, and several Certificates of Completion in Claude from Anthropic.

RJ is a PMP-certified Project Manager with experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, Agile implementations, and cross-functional programs in consulting and military environments. He has a proven ability to align stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope. His background in intelligence operations and organizational change enables structured execution in high-accountability environments.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Luke served as a management consultant based in San Diego, bridging the gap between complex data and strategic action. Over his consulting career, he has designed operational workflows for state agencies and standardized data governance for multinational clients to improve financial alignment and reporting accuracy. His leadership style was forged in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an artillery officer at Camp Pendleton.

Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute and is currently completing a Master of Accountancy at Rutgers University-Camden. He is a certified PMP and Scrum Master, bringing a disciplined, agile approach to every project he manages. With an expected graduation in May 2026, he is actively refining his expertise in financial analysis, internal controls, and data-driven reporting. This unique combination of military precision and consulting insight makes him an asset in driving organizational transformation and fiscal accountability.

Prior to joining the company Rachelle has 10 years of experience in operations and project management with skills in strategic communications and change implementation. As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle Consulting, she applies problem solving, client team leadership, and technical support to the Greencastle team. Rachelle was an Air Battle Manager in the US Air Force for 8 years where she managed risk and integrated communications in contested global environments. He was a subject matter expert in Marine aviation and tactics, commanded a V-22 and reinforced squadron, and held senior planning roles integrating strategy, resources, and risk for critical missions. Before joining Greencastle, he worked in the Office of the Secretary of the Navy as the Director for Ground Programs, overseeing the ground programs acquisition portfolio for the Navy and Marine Corps. Trong holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and master’s degrees from Air Command and Staff College, the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, and the National War College.

Before joining Greencastle as a DOD Skillbridge fellow, Nick had over a decade of experience as an active-duty U.S. Air Force officer and B-1B pilot. He deployed to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar in support of Operations Inherent Resolve and Freedom’s Sentinel, flying missions that eliminated hostile targets and earned him the Air Medal. Alongside flying duties, his areas of expertise include operations management and process improvement, having overseen maintenance operations for the 7th Bomb Wing at Dyess Air Force Base, affecting 1,500+ personnel. He brings deep experience in program and budget management, having directed a $42 million flying hour program and $148 million fleet portfolio. He has spent his career executing team leadership and talent development, commanding and evaluating teams ranging from 30 to 120 personnel. Additionally, he is also experienced in regulatory compliance and quality assurance, having led Inspector General–selected audits to ensure full standards compliance at various Air Force bases. A graduate of the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Aerospace Studies from Clemson University. Preston is an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, where he contributes to solving complex, high‑impact challenges facing communities. Before joining Greencastle, Preston spent three years in higher education administration, specializing in operational and financial management. During this time, he was recognized with a university‑level wellness innovator annual award, received a college‑level professional excellence annual award, and built from the ground up a mentoring and professional development program for military‑connected graduate students.

Preston’s career is grounded in a distinguished record of military service. He served on active duty in the United States Air Force as a Battle Manager, retiring at the rank of Major. His service is marked by numerous team and individual accolades, including award recognition at the Headquarters Air Force level for performance during combat operations. Throughout his career, he deployed frequently to lead battle management operations involving all military branches, various other governmental agencies, and many allied partners. Among all accomplishments, Preston remains most proud of his teammates, remembered as sisters and brothers, who embodied integrity, selfless service, and excellence in all aspects of life.

Preston holds three master’s degrees: Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, Public Policy and Management from the Ohio State University, and Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics Engineering from the Ohio State University.

Daniel Roberts is a Senior Consultant at Greencastle Consulting with more than 20 years of experience leading complex initiatives in operations, program management, supply chain, organizational transformation, and business process improvement across government and commercial environments. He has a proven track record of helping organizations improve operational performance, optimize business processes, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results. Daniel has served in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2007, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and currently serves as a Battalion Operations Officer responsible for planning, synchronizing, and executing operations across a geographically dispersed organization. His military service has been recognized with the Bronze Star Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and other military awards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible with a minor in Business and a Master of Business Administration and maintains certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Professional Scrum Master. Daniel is passionate about partnering with clients to solve complex challenges through analytical problem-solving, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Greencastle, Damian Jordan has over 15 years of CIO Advisory experience, as a strategic and results driven Consultant, he has led Digital Transformations and provided professional services. Damian has proven success managing multimillion-dollar budgets, strengthening governance, improving operational performance, and driving business outcomes through disciplined execution and executive engagement. Experienced in project lifecycle management, portfolio governance, forecasting, resource optimization, and vendor oversight. Recognized for building high-performing teams, mentoring project managers, advising executive leadership, and aligning strategic initiatives with financial and operational objectives.
