APPROACH

Align Focus
Greencastle surveyed the organization’s existing governance controls to identify deficiencies that had created project delays and below-average adoption rates of previous initiatives.

Drive Results

The Greencastle team established a Project Management Office focused on implementing governance measures and clear direction for project teams across the organization. These included project schedules, scope management plans, and RAID logs.

Our team also developed a comprehensive change management plan to ensure the successful adoption and sustained utilization of new systems and processes, like the Work Management System.

Communicate Progress
Throughout the implementation, Greencastle focused on communicating changes and benefits to both end-level users and key stakeholders across the organization. This resulted in a significant reduction in barriers to adoption, that allowed the organization to implement the Work Management System successfully and prepare the organization for future implementations to other operating companies.

CONCLUSION

Greencastle’s involvement led to the successful deployment of the new Work Management System across all departments and service centers within the company. The success of the new system laid the foundation for future implementations to the other operating companies and enhancements to the current system. The out-of-the-box approach allowed the Utility Corporation to catapult their service offerings into the next generation of power capabilities and provide their consumers with streamlined support.
