Greencastle is proud to announce they have established the Stronghold Leadership Program, through the collaborative efforts of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) by making the company an approved DoD SkillBridge provider. Greencastle’s Stronghold Leadership SkillBridge (SLSB) Program is offered at no cost to transitioning military members.
Stronghold Leadership SkillBridge (SLSB) Program fellows will be assigned to a cohort and begin a structured 3-month course of instruction with the ultimate goal of the individual earning their GSD certification. Blocks of instruction will include project management, change management, process improvement and leadership. Each fellow will be assigned a real project under the supervision of an experienced implementation expert at Greencastle.
The ultimate goal is to earn Stronghold Leadership’s one-of-a kind GSD certification and a spot on the Greencastle Team.
We encourage every transitioning service member to take advantage of this program, because it’s an opportunity to adjust to a like-minded culture, network with other veteran leaders, and train with the company during your fellowship, while you are still in service. Completing the program and earning your GSD Certification could help you land and secure your next career, before you separate, to make your transition that much easier!
