Greencastle CEO, Joe Crandall, has announced the promotion of Nathan Booth as Greencastle’s newest Senior Management Consultant and Scott Dolan, Pat Bragan, Bob Natale and Arthur Swartwout as Greencastle\’s newest Management Consultants all effective March, 2021. As Greencastle continues to grow, so does their internal team.

Nathan Booth joined the company in May 2017 with 10 years of leadership and problem-solving experience. As a consultant he focuses on making processes more efficient with attention to organizational design to create a better employee experience.

Scott Dolan joined the company in November 2019. Prior to that Scott spent over 6 years at an investment and financial company gaining financial experience across a variety of disciplines. As an Management Consultant, he plays the role of Financial Analyst, Trusted Advisor, Deputy Portfolio Manager, and lead go-to person for Ad-Hoc requests on the Exelon BPP portfolio.

Bob Natale joined the company in June 2019. He currently works as an Management Consultant. His prior experience includes a position as a Data Analyst. He will complete a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Negotiation & Influence from Pennsylvania State University in the Spring of 2022.

Arthur Swartwout joined the company in September 2019 doing project finance control for IT projects at Exelon, a Fortune 100 utilities company. Arthur holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Patrick Bragan joined the company in February 2020 as an Associate Management Consultant. Prior to that he had 13 years of experience in program and project management where he has honed his excellent problem solving skills.
