Prior to joining Greencastle, Dan worked the last 20 years in logistics, supply chain management, training, and management focused on building and developing teams and resilient supply chains and operations. Dan is a Department of Defense Skillbridge fellow developing his program management, business analytics, and change management skill sets. He served as a United States Army logistics officer where he deployed multiple times, worked as a strategic planner, and culminated as a battalion commander. Dan is a graduate of Ripon College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government. He also received a Master in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary, and a Master of Military Operations from the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies. Dan enjoys challenging opportunities where he can build resilient and successful teams that positively impact people and their organizations.
