Director

Kevin first joined the company in 2005 and then re-joined in 2011. As the Director of Service Delivery he is responsible for creating and implementing the GAC service engagement product/deliverable QA/QC program, governing the internal GAC project/initiative ingestion and implementation processes to include deliverable quality, conducting the monthly Director’s Day training program, re-design and build of the GAC Knowledge Management System (KMS), and for the Exelon oneMDS Program PMO engagement. He is the lead for Integration, Schedule Management, and Scope Management. Kevin earned a bachelor’s in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and started his career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance officer and then as a Satellite Systems Engineer.  After separating from the Air Force as a Captain, he obtained project implementation experience in corporate intranet and internet, Web Store delivery, hospital IT systems and program delivery, field dispatch system development and implementation, as well as large scale customer program equipment and systems implementations.  Kevin has experience in the Telecommunications (Cable, Phone, Mobile), Power Utility, eCommerce, Medical IT Technology, Aerospace, and Retail industries.
