Mac McElroy, PSM, CMP, LSSGB

Prior to joining Greencastle, Mac has 20 years of experience leading projects and multi-functional teams in the healthcare and HR industries. She is known for her ability to establish meaningful relationships, effectively communicate, and solve problems. As a Fellow of Greencastle’s SkillBridge program, she is growing in their strategies and processes. Mac was a Mental Health Technician in the Air Force and later served three tours as a Command Chief. She was awarded her bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Ashford University and is currently perusing her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and PMP certification.
