Mike Hagen, LSSBB, CSM, CMP, Power BI

Michael Hagen is a fellow in Greencastle’s Stronghold Leadership program via the DoD SkillBridge program for transitioning veterans. Michael served 30 years between the U.S Army and the U.S. Air Force through various organizational and leadership assignments while focusing on process and governmental improvement. Through this tenure he was instrumental in locating over $2.25 million in lost munitions, maintaining environmental compliance on a 34,000 acre bombing range, instructing leadership principles to over 4,800 soldiers, and a host of many other accomplishments. Michael was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Business Quality Management in 2007, a Masters of Business Administration in 2009, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University.
