Tim Blosser joined the company as a Budget Controller. In his current role he uses customer engagement and budget controlling experience in agile and waterfall projects to help project management clients use of process improvement tools to better manage their resources and finances. Prior to this he was a Master Scheduler and worked for several years in sales and operations in the broadcast engineering field. He is a former Air Assault Rotary-Wing Aviator, Army Aviation Maintenance Technician, Logistician, and Human Resources DMD Manager, having served one combat and one hostile fire tour. Tim has received numerous military awards and completed PMP and Scrum Master training. He was awarded his bachelor’s in history from Shippensburg University and a master’s degree in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University.
