Prior to joining Greencastle, Wendy has 22 years of experience in organizational development and excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. As a Fellow with Greencastle, she assists with client and office functions to include consulting, leadership development, and administration, ensuring excellent delivery of service to the customer. Wendy was a Military Advisor and Consultant in the United States Air Force for 16 years and was at the forefront of changes to entitlements and benefits impacting service members, civilians, and family members across two services, earning her the Legion of Merit military medal. She was awarded a Master of Business Administration from Brandman University and her bachelor’s is in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. She is currently pursuing her PMP, CCP and LSSGB certifications.
