Jeremy holds the pivotal role of Vice President of Client Engagement Services. In this capacity, he is responsible for steering the service delivery across a diverse array of clients and initiatives. His leadership approach is deeply rooted in the principles of servant leadership, a philosophy that empowers our consultants to consistently deliver services of the highest quality to our valued clients.

Jeremy brings to Greencastle a rich tapestry of experience from his previous career in law enforcement. He served with distinction as a police officer in York and Lancaster Counties for over 18 years. During his tenure, he undertook various roles including patrol officer, SWAT team member, and patrol sergeant. His service was marked by an unwavering commitment to community safety and welfare, underpinned by his adeptness in critical thinking and complex decision-making.

Parallel to his law enforcement career, Jeremy has a distinguished military background. He dedicated over 28 years to the United States Army, culminating in his retirement as a Command Sergeant Major in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, 28th Infantry Division. His military journey includes three combat deployments to the Middle East, with his final deployment as a Command Sergeant Major in the Headquarters element of Operation Spartan Shield. Jeremy’s military career is decorated with numerous accolades, including four Meritorious Service Medals and the esteemed Bronze Star.

In terms of academic and professional qualifications, Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University. He further enhances his skillset with several certifications, including Scrum Master, Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
