Before joining Greencastle, Lux brings 15 years of experience as both an internal and external consultant to Fortune 10 companies. Most recently, he served as a digital transformation expert at a Fortune 5 company, where he co-founded a Digital Acceleration Hub based on a Center of Excellence model. This initiative delivered $100 million in cost savings.
Lux is a disabled U.S. Army veteran, having completed two combat tours during his five years of service to the country.
His favorite book is The Speed of Trust by Stephen M. R. Covey.
In his downtime, Lux enjoys surf fishing along New Jersey’s beaches.
