With 20 years in consulting, project management, and leading teams, Michael excels at finding simple and smart solutions to tackle big problems. Prior to Greencastle, Michael spent 5 years at Accenture working with clients on initiatives from strategy to operations. Whether developing strategic initiatives, designing and implementing SaaS solutions, or automating outdated and manual processes, Michael’s goal is to ensure fewer mistakes, get quicker results, and realize cost savings for your business.

Michael can lead teams of any size, and developing both the team and the individual is something that he is passionate about, whether that’s a small team of transformation consultants or a 30-agent strong service team delivering 1,500 customer interactions per day.

As a Communications and IT Officer in the United States Navy, Michael learned how to manage teams in high-pressure environments and deliver exceptional customer service, and the experience was instrumental in developing his ability to lead with influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Information Systems, specializing in Healthcare Service Entrepreneurship, and he has completed executive education certificate programs in Analytics & AI-Driven Consulting at Northwestern and Financial Management at Cornell.
