As an Associate Consultant at Greencastle, Ryan applies his leadership, project management, and team development expertise to drive client success. During his 7 years as a U.S. Air Force Officer, he had a knack for finding people-oriented solutions to complex, high-stress problems. Ryan served as a Tactical Air Control Party Officer (TACP-O) and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), leading and training airmen in coordinating and executing air strikes for the Army. His military career is distinguished by many accolades, including the Meritorious Service medal. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications with a minor in political science from Washington State University.
