Tyler is a DoD Skillbridge Fellow with a background in organizational leadership, operations, and strategic problem-solving. Prior to transitioning to consulting, Tyler served nearly a decade as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, leading teams ranging from small operational units to a 154-person organization responsible for more than $150 million in equipment and resources. His military experience includes overseas assignments and operations in Africa, the Middle East, and South Korea, as well as work coordinating multinational partners and advising senior leaders in complex operating environments. Throughout his career, Tyler focused on building high-performing teams, improving organizational systems, and developing leaders, earning numerous awards and recognition including the Meritorious Service Medal, the Order of St. Maurice, and the Ranger Tab. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Tyler brings to consulting a systems-oriented approach to solving ambiguous problems, improving organizational performance, and helping teams turn strategy into execution.
